Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced-based therapy for

Suicide, Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Addictions and Mood Disorders.

It combines accepting patients and teaching them to change through a continual process of synthesis.

DBT provides guidance and tools to
